- The door to the car park is closed between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. You can get in by contacting the hotel reception with a buzzer, from which you will be given the code to open the door.
- Pedestrian access to the parking garage is from hotel entrance during nighttime.

Pay stations
- The area has five pay stations.
- The parking fee must be paid for the entire parking time as soon as parking begins.
- Enter the vehicle’s registration number at the pay station and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Keep the parking ticket as a receipt. The ticket does not need to be left in your vehicle.

Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Route to hotel and cinema
- The pedestrian doors on Albertinkatu and Aleksanterinkatu are open Mon–Fri 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sat–Sun 7 a.m.– 4 p.m.
- The Saaristonkatu pedestrian door is open daily between 6 a.m and 6 p.m.
- During nighttime pedestrian access to the parking garage is from hotel entrance.
