All management of contract parking can be outsourced to EuroPark, from selling and marketing parking spaces to concluding contracts and invoicing. This way, managing the property’s contract parking does not take up the time of your personnel – we take care of everything for you.
You can also manage your property’s contract or guest parking spaces yourself with the help of Parkkiportaali, or enable the purchase of temporary parking permits in your area via Verkkoparkki.

If you wish to rent out your property’s contract parking yourself, we also have a solution for this: the electronic, internet-based parking system, Parkkiportaali. With the help of the system, you can independently manage the parking permits of the companies and residents at your property.

Sound familiar? Parkkiportaali can be used in free or paid Pay & Display parking areas in order to make their use more effective. The system works like this: the customer’s vehicle’s registration number is entered into the terminal, and it is saved in the parking control system in real time. In areas subject to a fee, other drivers can pay for parking normally at a pay station. The registration number is saved in the portal – no more separate paper permits are needed for parking. Instead, the parking attendant can see the information in the system.
You can manage the portal yourself or let the customer enter their vehicle’s registration number into the system. The terminal can be placed in, for example, a business park’s reception, a hotel’s congress services, a gym, a lunch restaurant or a company’s front lobby.
Our parking attendant visits the areas monitored by EuroPark regularly to make sure that your area’s terms of parking are being followed. The signage in the area tells customers exactly what is expected of them.
Verkkoparkki
A property, business park or company’s temporary parking permit matters can be easily taken care of online through EuroPark’s Verkkoparkki service. Anyone can buy their own parking permit according to their needs, taking into account holidays, for example.
The right to purchase can be granted to everyone, or it can be limited by using purchase codes. In practice, limiting purchase rights means that the purchase codes are given to the companies operating at the property and their personnel.
