We are cooperating with Riverty Finland Oy and have transferred the invoicing of short-term parking and processing of penalty fees, invoice notification service and collection to Riverty.
The aim of the agreement is to clarify and focus on our core business and to offer our customers even better and faster customer service as the number of parking zones increases. EuroPark’s own customer service handles situations related to the actual parking as well as the customer service for contract customers in its entirety.
