Terminate your parking contract

Our standard parking contracts have a notice period of one (1) calendar month. This means that from the date of termination, the payment for the following month will be the last payment to be made.

For example, if you terminate the contract on 15 September, the contract will expire on the last day of October. Some parking zones implement a different notice period. The notice period is stated in your parking contract.

In order to terminate your parking contract or individual permit, complete the form below and submit it. Return your parking permit and possible access tag, key or remote control after the end of the contract via post to the following address:

We will confirm the termination by sending an email to the address provided on the form. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few working days, please contact our customer service.
